Refund and Cancellation Policy

01What this policy covers

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Revicto plans offered by Revicto (“we”, “us”). It summarizes the billing terms in our Terms of Service, which govern if anything here differs. The Starter plan is free and never charged.

02Free trial

The Team plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a payment method at sign-up, but you are not charged during the trial.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Otherwise your first payment is taken when the trial ends, for the monthly or annual term you chose.

03Cancelling your subscription

Your team owner can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing in the Revicto app, or by emailing us at hello@revicto.com.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your team keeps its paid features until then, and you will not be charged again.
• When the subscription ends, your workspace moves to the free Starter plan rather than being closed.

04Refunds

Fees are charged in advance for each monthly or annual term and are non-refundable, except where required by law or stated in an order form. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current term.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@revicto.com and we will look into it.

05Payments and our reseller, Paddle

Our order process is handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all Revicto orders. Paddle processes payments, calculates and collects any applicable taxes, and issues your receipts and invoices. Charges appear on your statement from Paddle.

Any refund we approve is issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

06Enterprise plans

Enterprise plans are governed by their order form, including any terms on cancellation and refunds.
